Facilities
Beast of Burden Recovery and Education Center is situated on 35 acres of land in beautiful Castle Rock, CO, with wide-open views of Pikes Peak, America's mountain, on the horizon. Facilities include an 80 x160 ft. outdoor arena, a 50 ft. round-pen, and, in 2020, the addition of a 60 x 170 ft. indoor arena with adjacent parking for trucks and trailers. The facility is well-equipped for year-round recovery and education activities.
Other Amenities
While most of our equines prefer the pasture and shared lots, private paddocks and indoor facilities are available for comfort during poor weather conditions, and for safe and effective medical care during recovery. A stand alone tack room and training equipment are on hand for training purposes.
