Mission
The mission of Beast of Burden Recovery and Education Center Inc., is to provide hands on resources to rehabilitate equines in need with a focus on mules and donkeys. The Organization shall also provide education and awareness to the public, advocating for proper management and husbandry of equines.
Operations Team
Day-to-day operations at Beast of Burden Recovery and Education Center are managed by Founders Andrea and Bridget Rogers at Ranch of the Red Horse in Castle Rock, Colorado.

Board of Directors
Beast of Burden Recovery and Education Center is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of members of our local community contributing their expertise in equine health and husbandry, not-for-profit operations, business, and finance. The Board is responsible for managing the organization and ensuring it operates in accordance with its mission and legal requirements.
We are currently seeking additional board members with a background in marketing and promotion, or with proven grant writing expertise.
